To find the perfect foundation for your wedding you need to know your skin type, what finish you want in a foundation, (such as matte, dewy or satin) and you will need it to last throughout your big day!

Make sure when selecting a shade, you see it in natural daylight and ask for a tester so you can trial it at home and see how long it lasts on the skin. If you're getting a spray tan before you tie the knot, then it may be worth buying a few shades – one that matches your skin and another deeper shade so you can mix to match your tan on the day.

A few of my favourite foundations are Armani Luminous Silk Foundation for more of a glowing finish, Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Stick for normal skin and Makeup Forever Matte Velvet Skin Foundation for a matte finish. Remember to set with a good powder and setting spray such as Urban Decay All Nighter.
