Wicksteed Park is our venue of the week

Located in 147 acres of parkland, Wicksteed Park is an exceptional setting with rich heritage and modern-day amenities. From the grand ballroom, lakes and Grade II listed parkland to the vintage fairground, playgrounds and attractions – there's something for everyone. The venue has ornate architecture and features Edwardian pillars and chandeliers. The large windows provide plenty of natural light and views of the fountain lawn, parkland and beyond

.Depending on the size of the wedding, ceremonies can take place in two locations. The Terrace Suite has floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful terrace overlooking the park. Seating 120 comfortably with a private bar and facilities, this suite is perfect for any big day! The Pavilion Ballroom is the largest space and comfortably accommodates up to 600 for the 'I dos' and 800 for the evening. It's also just as fitting for parties of 200 due to its flexible partitioning and staging. Once the day is in full swing, guests will revel on the full-sized ballroom dance floor.

With a grant that the National Lottery Heritage Fund gave Wicksteed Park Ltd, the venue will be starting work on an exciting new space later this year! The refurbishment of The Pavilion Ballroom's top floor is going to provide a stunning space for intimate celebrations with a wrap-around balcony overlooking the entire park.
