Situated in the beautiful town of Belper in Derbyshire, Makeney Hall Hotel is the perfect backdrop to weddings with elegant spaces and photographic backdrops. 

The venue is currently offering a New Year’s Eve package where couples will receive exclusive use of the property with 64-day guests and 100 in the evening. For only £15,000, couples will receive guidance from the wedding coordinator to help them create their dream day. They’ll get to exchange vows in the ceremony space followed by a drinks reception with canapés. 

Lovebirds can continue the celebrations with a three-course wedding breakfast where each guest will receive two glasses of house wine with their meal, a drink each for the toasts, followed by tea, coffee and truffles. Pairs can pick from two different centrepieces for their wedding, and the team will then provide 10 of these plus draping in the Woodlands Garden Area. 

Get the celebrations started in the evening with the resident DJ and LED uplighting. After guests are finished dancing the night away, they can retreat to the 46 bedrooms for a good night's rest. The following morning 92 people can enjoy a heart-warming breakfast while reflecting on the event.
